The job industry can be difficult and this means that women and men are having to look for alternative ways of work. One of the industry that has really started to boom is the tech industry. More and more men and women flock to this industry because it's a creative field and we relay more and more on technology. When people look at tech though they see more of a man's industry. Women have to fight to even be a part of this community and even when they make it in they aren't always treated in the same respects as men.
